What is Thrillage@Wellard?
Thrillage@Wellard is a Halloween trick-or-treat trail run by local volunteers. Residents who would like to welcome trick-or-treaters register their house and the hours they will be home. On the night, families use the list and map on this site to find houses that are taking part.
How it works
- Hosts register their house and welcome hours, from Monday 19 October.
- Volunteers check each registration's address and contact details before it appears.
- On Halloween, families follow the list and map to houses that are taking part.
Safety basics
- Children should be supervised by an adult.
- Only visit houses showing a Thrillage sign or Halloween decorations.
- Organisers check registration details but cannot vet hosts, so trust your judgement and never go inside a house or a car.
- Take care crossing roads after dark: use footpaths, carry a torch and wear something bright.
- Respect residents: if a house is dark or does not answer, move on.
